PROJECT FINANCIAL CONTROL FOR CONTRACTORS

You run the projects. Can you prove what each one is really earning?

Know what every project earned, spent, collected and still owes. Omran Flow connects every financial event to the same project.

Built for contractors working in Arabic and English.

Illustrative figures, not a live customer account. Profit is earned revenue less incurred cost; cash collected is a separate figure.

Your project may look profitable while your cash says otherwise.

The contract is in one file. The receipt is in a conversation. The supplier balance is in someone’s memory. Bring the evidence back to one project.

One project. One connected financial record.

The blind spots that cost contractors money.

Every balance needs a reason. Every movement needs a record.

Profit is hard to prove

See earned revenue and incurred cost together, with profit derived from the record.

Collections are hard to reconcile

Tie each receipt to the right project and client.

Supplier balances live in memory

Read the liability, payments and outstanding balance in one history.

Paid gets confused with incurred

Record the cost when it happens. Track its payment separately.

Cash gets mistaken for profit

Keep client cash, earned revenue and actual profit distinct.

Month-end means rebuilding

Keep project movements connected to a reconciled statement.

Client updates expose too much

Share selected project information while internal cost and profit stay private.

Commitments escape the budget

The purchase is committed before the owner sees the budget exposure.

Your project’s financial position, in one place.

A readable view of what is earned, collected, spent and still outstanding. Each figure keeps its own meaning.

Cost is recorded when it is incurred, not when it is paid

Record 180,000 EGP of cash costs and a 620,000 EGP steel liability. Paying 200,000 EGP toward the steel makes cash spent 380,000 EGP, while actual cost stays 800,000 EGP.
